VINIFICATION
The vinification is linked by several passages as the instant refrigeration, the following pressing, the process of the settling, the pouring and the final fermentation around a controlled temperature (18° C – 20°).

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
This wine is characterized by an straw yellow color and by an intense perfume. This kind of wine reminds the pineapple’s flavor with a delicate nuance of the surplice pear. It pairs fantastically with fish, cheese and cured meat as an aperitif.
