VINIFICATION
In white, with immediate refrigeration of the must, following a light pressing. The decantation process follows, then the racking and fermentation at a controlled temperature (18° – 20° C).

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
Its color is pale yellow with greenish reflections, with a typical citrus aroma that on the palate recalls the flavor of lemon and cedar. As it evolves, this wine recalls hints of hydrocarbon. This wine is excellent to be enjoyed as a fresh aperitif. It pairs pleasantly with fried fish, grilled eel and risotto.
