WINE CHARACTERISTICS
The color is an intense straw yellow, with a typical aroma which recalls acacia flowers and a light scent of almond. On the palate it has a particular round flavor with a delicate aftertaste of bitter almonds. The flavor is very persistent, with a progressive increase of fruity aromas. This wine is great to be enjoyed as an aperitif. It matches nicely with sliced salami and cheeses, soups, risottos and selected fish as well. It is the prince of all table wines, due to its elegance, its vivacity and persistence that characterizes it.
