VINIFICATION

In white, in cement barrels at controlled temperature. It remains on the yeasts until the end of February and then it is prepared for bottling.

WINE CHARACTERISTICS

Its color is straw yellow, it presents a very delicate floral notes on the nose and can be drunk as an aperitif or with fish starters or very delicate foods.
